Justin Bieber Revved Up About Driving

When Justin Bieber hits the road, it doesn't mean he's on tour.  The singer, who turned 16 Monday, tells People magazine he's been scoping out cars and has his eye on a Range Rover.  Unlike most kids his age, Bieber probably won't have to ask his dad to borrow the keys to the station wagon if he wants a set of wheels.  Last month, he was spotted tooling around Miami in Sean Kingston's Ferrari F430.  He can also talk to Diddy -- Bieber tells People, "He said when I turn 16 he was going to give me his Lamborghini.  But we all know Diddy's not gonna give me his Lamborghini.  He's all talk."
